We chose the toughest materials and construction we know: carbon fibre doesn’t dent, the faux leather doesn’t crack, the magnets don’t loosen. Ruining an M&IO is hard. But a bag that is really used, day after day, takes on the marks of time. That is normal, and that is where we come in.
Back to its first day
With Infinito the bag goes back to the workshop, into the hands of the people who made it, and comes home as it was on its first day.
Every M&IO arrives with care postcards for everyday care. Infinito is what comes after: when a soft cloth is no longer enough.
How it works
- Request Infinito from this page.
- We send you a shipping label: pack the bag and hand it to the courier.
- We treat it in the workshop and send it back. Timing depends on the bag: we tell you as soon as we have seen it.

Infinity Card
With the bag, Infinito costs €49 instead of €69: that is the Infinity Card, added when you order. When you want to use it, write to us with your order number: the basic treatment is already paid for.
The price covers the basic treatment. If new parts are needed or we find something unexpected, we write to you with a quote before doing any work: you decide whether to go ahead.
