Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

1. Tell us within that period by writing to amministrazione@meiocreation.it with your order number. Any clear statement will do.
2. We tell you the address to return the item to.
3. Send it back within 14 days of telling us. Return costs are paid by you.

The item must come back intact and complete, in its original packaging. If it comes back damaged or used beyond what is needed to try it, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

Refund

We refund the payments received, to the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of being told. We may wait until we have received the item, or proof that you have sent it.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to bags with custom lettering, made to your specifications (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(1)(c)).

Guarantee

The legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code applies. To report a defect, write to us with a photo.
